Opto-Mechanical and Customized Deck Solution for Olympus IX3
The IX3-breadboard assembly complements the versatility of the Olympus IX3 open platform and provides the user with the environment that is necessary to customize the microscope with external opto-mechanical components. The breadboard slides easily in either the upper or the lower microscope deck space. Its curved profile is similar to the Olympus motorized fluorescence mirror turret IX3-RFACA and integrates seamlessly into the upper and lower deck of the IX73 and IX83 microscope.

Versatility
The basic breadboard consists of a perforated plate with back and front panel including a removable cover to protect the back port. All other components can be chosen freely from the large portfolio shown in the IX3-breadboard brochure. This leads to a highly flexible transformation of a conventional microscope into a dedicated system for your specific application.
